- Accept the order
- In the app you can confirm the different phases of the order
- Confirm the job as complete and send the final report
- Invoice the job according to the contract
24 Centers service process
The customer calls 24 Center and needs an on-call job or a less urgent everyday service need. The customer receives a link where they can follow the progress of the order.
24 Center's customer service is open 24/7 all year round. Customer service maps the customer's needs and forwards the order to the partner network.
The closest partner who is free to accept the job accepts the order in the 24 Center app. The progress of the order is reported quickly and easily via the app and the customer receives information about the progress of the order in real time.
