Customer service
Details of the service are agreed with the supplier. Once a suitable supplier has been found, the contact details are sent to the customer in a separate message via SMS or email. The supplier also contacts the customer to review further details.

Right of withdrawal
You can cancel the service free of charge before the work begins. The work is considered to have begun when the supplier first processes the order, for example when the need is investigated or when the supplier has started on its way to the customer.
It is also possible to cancel the service once the work has started, whereby the customer is liable for all costs incurred until the service is canceled.

Right of return
The right of return is valid for 14 days from product delivery. The products are returned directly to the supplier. You must agree separately with the supplier on the time and manner of returning products. The customer is responsible for the costs that may arise when the goods are returned. The right to a refund is only valid for unused products in a condition where they can be resold.
Responsibility for errors
The supplier is responsible for the service he performs and for the products he has delivered, also in cases concerning defects and guarantees. In the event of complaints, contact 24 Center, which will address them directly to the supplier.
Complaints
If you believe that something is missing in the workmanship or in the delivered product, you should contact 24 Center's customer service by e-mail to [email protected] or by phone 815 12 073.
If you believe there is an error on the invoice, you should contact 24 Center's invoicing department by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 815 12 073.
If a dispute arises, the customer has the option to take the dispute to the General Complaints Board or any other equivalent body for consideration.
